It's "Joey", but this time on Showtime

How you doing? Get ready to hear that about 500 more times this year. Joey Lawrence Joey from Friends is back, and apparently he's hung (scratch that, Hung is a comedy on HBO not Showtime). Matt "My name isn't actually Joey" LeBlanc is staring in the new show Episodes on Showtime, and after watching the trailer for it I kinda think that it could be funny. Whoa! Again, wrong Joey. My apologies. 



My hang-ups on the trailer include:
1) No Matthew Perry (or Tyler Perry, or even Katy Perry). Matt "okay, you can call me Joey, but you're going to have to pay me" LeBlanc always does his best work when paired with a Perry. Also, two Matts are better than one. 
2) The voice over guy is horrible. I think he's the same guy that does the voice over for every shitty new comedy that comes out. 
3) The logo at the end of the clip looks like the show belongs on TBS not Showtime.


Besides those things it does actually look funny. Check out the trailer below and see if you agree.
