Comedy is where the mind goes to tickle itself (that's what she said)

I love NBC's Thursday night line up. I've mentioned my love of Community (twice), 30 Rock (twice), and Parks and Recreation before (three times last week), but not The Office (or Perfect Couples or Outsources, but who cares about those shows anyway?). Well, The Office's time has come. It was funny last night (or at least the few minutes were). Check out Ricky Gervais' cameo and then tell me that you don't want more (I dare you):





See, that was really funny. I only wish that he was on the show for an entire episode. I know that Steve Carrell's Michael Scott is leaving the show during this season, so maybe Ricky Gervais' David Brent could at least interview for the job. They seem to set it up for that to be a possibility. Here's hoping that they're meeting isn't just a one-off tip of the hat to the original Office series.
