Did you realize that Amy Poehler used to be a Candy Striper?

Yep, another Parks and Recreation post (AKA, part 2 of 3 in my blog-a-rama about Parks and Rec). We’ve already discussed Rob Lowe and his not-very-blissful ignorance of Park and Rec’s break, now we’re on to the show’s star (no not Ron Swanson) Amy Poehler.

I think Amy’s a super funny actor, but I never realized that she was also a model. Her modeling past was just recently discovered. It turns out she did some stock photo modeling (Check out the photos below).

The photos were found under the tag volunteer, so I’m guessing she’s supposed to be a candy striper or something. Weird, right? Right.
