Nope, that's isn't Ice.

The image to the left isn't ice, it's beef fat. Yep. I'll let that sink in a little longer. Big blobs of beef fat (which was my nickname for my man-breasts in high school) are floating in a shipping channel in Houston.

15,000 pounds (or 250,000 gallons) of beef fat spilled out of a tank it was being held in. That's right, they have  big tanks filled with beef fat in Houston. Houston, 2005's fattest city (it hasn't left the top 10 since), will have to close down parts of the channel for the next four days to clean up the mess. H-Town!
