Today's interweb video of the day is a Twilight spoof from Martin Starr, Adam Scott, and Lizzy Caplan. Watch this and then watch Party Down on Netflix. It's very funny. Do it.
Because if you work with the government all you need to work is three hours. Here's how to spend the other 37 hours.

TBS, very funny? Let's hope so.
After being screwed over by NBC months ago, Conan's new show finally starts tonight on TBS. Watch it! In the mean time, watch Conan's online exclusive Episode Zero while you're at work. It's better than filling out that report that's overdue to your boss (I hear that your boss is also on Team Coco, so they'll understand).

Is it 5:00 yet?
Just so you're aware, it is not yet 5:00PM. This day is painfully slow. Here's a comic from xkcd.com to pass the time.
Short, but sweet. Super sweet.
Thanks to the good people UGO.com (via gizmodo.com) for putting together a compilation of the 50 best viral videos under 30 seconds. I had to stop watching a few of them because I was laughing too hard in my cubical. Rule #1 of goofing off at work: Don't let other's know that you're goofing off.
This is a car-jack mother f@#$er. I'm going to shoot your penis off.
Did you catch last night's The Daily Show? If not, you missed a great episode. The best part of it being the "You're Welcome" feature with John Hodgman (he's a PC). In the feature, John discusses how to keep violent video games out of the hands of youth. The piece is well done and funny, gets great when you see Ira Glass in a green screen suit (is this the same suit John Oliver wore election night?) yell very violent things.

Furkels = Fat Urkels
Bill Hader is awesome. His character Stefon, who appears as a NYC tourist guide on Weekend Update, is one of the best parts of SNL. He describes the best clubs in New York, the clubs that think of everything, like Teddy Graham People (Guys with the stubby arms and bellies) or puppets in disguise (you know, when Alf would wear a trench coat to go out in public?). I never want to go to any of the places that he recommends (mostly because I don't use drugs), but it's great to hear about them (and the fat kids with biscuit knees that inhabit them).
I'm a flirt
Well, I'm not actually a flirt, but R. Kelly is. Today's "interweb video of the day" (did you know that is a feature I've been doing? It is, so keep reading my blog all three of you) is R. Kelly f/ Broken Social Scene - I'm a Flirt (Wizard Whip Edit).
LOST + a Cat + a Jerk = Hilarious email exchange
You've probably already seen the "Lost Cat" email exchange between David Thorne and his coworker, but I'm extremely bored at work today, and just reread it. It's really a great way to kill time.
WTF
No, nothing bad happened to me. Something good actually happened. I was introduced to the WTF with Marc Maron podcast (thanks This American Life Blog). WFT is a great podcast where comedian Marc Maron sits down and talks with his comedian friends, what's not to like about that? I just recently finished watching all of the Battlestar Galactica series while at work, so I needed something to listen to while I avoided work.

Does the chair know that we’re going to look like some punk-ass bitches?
I loved The Wire (yes, I am white. How'd you know?). I am always happy to see people from The Wire pop up in TV shows that are on the air (Wallace is now on Parenthood and Friday Night Lights). Their new shows range from being okay (Marlo was in a few episodes of Heroes) to great (Fringe and FNL are great), but none of them come close to The Wire. Thanks to the wonders of YouTube I can still relive the show. Thanks YouTube.
Tip: Meat is Murder. Tasty, Tasty Murder
People that know me know that I hate fetuses. I especially hate Dr. Fetus. You see, Dr. Fetus kidnapped Meat Boy's girlfriend, therefore I dislike him. What the hell am I talking about? Well, I'm talking about Meat Boy. You're the best
Still feeling down? Just remember the immortal words of Joe 'Bean' Esposito:
Try to be best
'cause you're only a man
and a man's gotto learn to take it
Try to believe
when the going gets rough
that you gotta hang tough to make it
History repeats itself
try and you'll succeed
never doubt that you're the one
and you can have your dream
you're the best around
nothing is gonna ever keep you down
Cure for the post-election blues?
Well, last night's elections kinda sucked (Really? Russ Feingold lost to a climate change denier?). Here are some links to make this day seem less horrible:
- KITTENS!
- Fun Infograpics
- A video game where you try not to shit your pants (Seriously, it's called "Don't Shit your pants)
- A compendium of animated GIFs

Panda, you get a F at life.
Whenever I hit a slow patch at work (about 92.5% of the time), I look to find fun stuff to read on Internet. Here's one of my favorite stops, Animal Review. Who doesn't like reviewing and ranking things? I do.
FAIL!
I like watching stupid people do stupid things. If you're like me, and can't wait until tonight's election results, then here's a video of the best fails of October.
